I asked myself if this review were a tirade by someone who has just had a very personal ox gored and will say or do anything to kill the messenger because he doesn’t like the message. I don’t think I could come up with a tight mental status profile, a thorough summary of the literature, a formal differential diagnosis and a presentation of the different schools of psychotherapy while in the throes of stream-of-consciousness.
