I also like reading indie authors as much as I love reading best-selling authors. She gets moved in a group home after bouncing around from foster care homes, due to getting into tro.
I loved Harper instantly. That just blew my beautivul
I loved the house in which she lives–Shadowford Plantation, it was drawn very gothic, with old-fashioned decor and spooky corridors where secrets hide. It is a story about Harper Madison, an orphan, that went from one family to another, causing troubles bbeautiful her life and on one occasion, unintentionally made fire and burned people to death.
I’ll probably read book two, but i’m not in desperate need. A painting above the fireplace fell off the wall and clattered to the floor, then rose again. Storytelling is my passion. And I’ll probably edit this review when I can actually comprehend what the fuck happened.
Well after owning this book for awhile I finally decided to give it a read. I am going to read the next 2 in the series, as they’re free on Amazon in e-format. I think It was almost like she was drunk, and that exasperated me a lot. Have I mentioned that this was my first ever eBook? Life has just been hectic lately. One they’ve been waiting for.
I don’t know how long it will remain free so I definitely recommend snatching it up and giving it a go. I instantly took pity on the main character.

The plot of this book is a wonderful idea. Harper is a pretty special girl, a point that is shoved in your face with flashing neon lights from the very beginning. Jill escaped out the back door. To have a family who truly care about me and wanted me in their lives. This was such an awesome first book in a dark world of magic and cheerleaders!
But when evidence ties her to the gruesome murder of a Demons cheerleader, Harper discovers this small town has a big secret. Jul 20, Ivana – Diary of Difference rated it really liked it Shelves: That would have been much more creepy and impactful.
To top this off, it does end on a cliffhanger. I’m recommending this to everyone, even though it’ll piss you off, you should give it a try.

I really just wanted to learn about Harper coming into her powers, her adventures at Shadowford, and her relationship with Jackson. Agnes clearly wasn’t that sqrra a cheerleader, since Mrs King placed her as the runner up in the auditions.
